Predictive dialer systems are a critical piece of software and/or equipment in most call centers. These computerized systems automatically dial telephone numbers and connect calls to agents (people) when the person dialed actually answers. Predictive dialers maximize agent productivity in part by freeing agents from having to deal with unanswered calls. The dialer attempts to filter out busy signals as well as those calls which are answered by phone answering machines.

We’ve created this predictive phone dialer site to help answer some questions you might be having about predictive dialers, and to help searchers find the dialer information they are looking for online.
